When am I charged?
Your payment is authorized at checkout and captured when your order is processed for shipment.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes if your order has not yet been processed. Once shipped, it follows our return policy.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Free on all orders to U.S. addresses.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Transit takes 3 to 5 business days. Total time is typically 4 to 7 business days.

Which carrier will deliver my package?
The carrier is assigned at fulfillment. You will receive the carrier name and tracking number by email when your order ships.

What if my tracking number is not updating?
It can take 24 to 48 hours for the first scan. If there is no update after 48 hours, contact us.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused with all original packaging and accessories.

How do I start a return?
Email info@otterboox.it.com with your order number. We will provide an RMA number and return instructions.

Is return shipping free?
We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping.

How long until I get my refund?
After we receive your return, inspection takes 1 to 2 business days. The refund is then issued. It may take 7 to 10 business days for cards and 3 to 5 days for PayPal to appear in your account.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No.
