We do not accept checks, money orders, cash on delivery, or any method not listed above.

Currency

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) . Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Authorization and Charges

Your payment method is authorized at the time of order. The charge is captured when your order enters the fulfillment stage. You may see a pending authorization on your account before the final charge appears.

The name on your statement will be OTTERBOOX. If you have questions about a charge, contact us before initiating a dispute.

Billing Information

The billing name and address you provide must match what your bank or PayPal has on file. A mismatch may result in a declined transaction or order delay.

Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed. You may try again with the same or a different accepted payment method. If the problem continues, we suggest contacting your bank.

Security

Our checkout process is encrypted. Payment card details are processed by PCI-compliant providers and are not stored on our servers.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is 1 to 2 business days from when we receive and inspect your return. After processing, the time for funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank, typically 7 to 10 business days for cards and 3 to 5 business days for PayPal.
