Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. The delivery date is based on the timestamp shown in the carrier’s tracking system.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Unused, with no visible signs of wear, scratches, or installation marks.
  • Packaging: Original retail packaging, internal trays, protective materials, and all inserts must be included and intact.
  • Accessories: All items originally shipped with the product, such as manuals and warranty cards, must be returned.

Items Not Eligible

  • Products marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Screen protectors that have had the protective backing removed

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@otterboox.it.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return address.
  3. Package the item securely in a shipping box. Include the RMA number.
  4. Ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable service.

Return Shipping Cost

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We provide a prepaid return label.
  • All other returns: Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund Processing

When your return arrives, we inspect it within 1 to 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed immediately and sent to your original payment method. You will get a confirmation email.

After we process the refund, the timeline for the money to appear is:

  • Visa and MasterCard: 7 to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days

If more than 10 business days pass without the refund appearing, contact your bank first. If the issue continues, reach out to us.

Refund Amount

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect orders: Full purchase price and any taxes are refunded.
  • Other returns: Product price and taxes are refunded.
