Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United States. This includes all 50 states, APO/FPO military addresses, and P.O. Boxes. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase is required. There are no handling fees added at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships.

Transit Time

After your package is handed to the carrier, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or other operational factors.

Carrier Information

The shipping carrier for your order is assigned at the time of fulfillment. We work with multiple carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional delivery services. The assignment is based on your address, package size, and carrier availability.

Your shipment confirmation email includes the carrier name, a tracking number, and a link to track your package.

Tracking and Delivery Questions

  • If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours of receiving it, contact us so we can look into it.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with neighbors and around your property first. If still missing after 24 hours, reach out to us for assistance.
  • If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the item, and email us promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. Once a package has shipped, we cannot guarantee an address correction can be made.
